Coney Island From the Camera Lens |

Amusement Park History is proud to present ten images by famed New York
photographer Eileen Emison. Known for her honest yet
sentimental photography, Emison was enthralled with her first visit to Coney and
captured it on film. These pictures were taken during the summer of
2001 and depict a variety of Coney Island scenes from landscapes to
snapshots in time. The island takes on a haunting and beautiful look
when seen in simple black and white. Enjoy looking through these
magnificent pictures.
